Professional Development provides educators with the opportunity to receive continuing education in specific content areas. These opportunities are facilitated by the Ohio Department of Education, Ohio Association Teachers of Family and Consumer Sciences (OATFACS), Ohio Association of Family and Consumer Sciences (OAFCS), Ohio Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (Ohio FCCLA). Additional instruction is provided in cooperation with colleges and business partners.

Why Attend?

Continuing professional development is an ongoing and continuous process throughout an educator’s career. Session topics will address changing classroom techniques, standards and resources allowing educators to develop their teaching skills and subject matter knowledge.
